Keep a copy.

Bundles follow the Frictionless Data Package format: Markdown with front matter, entries.jsonl, attachments and a datapackage.json manifest inside a .tar.gz. Bundles are deleted from this instance after seven days.

Your age public key (starts with age1)

Generate a key pair with age-keygen. Only your private key can open a bundle encrypted to it; Selah never sees that key.

Protect the bundle with My age key (save a recipient first) A passphrase (needs storage encryption on this instance) Nothing (plaintext)

Bring your history.

In Notion, export your journal database as Markdown & CSV with subpages and files included, then upload the ZIP here. Pages become entries dated by the property you choose; images and files come along. Pages already imported are skipped, so re-uploading a newer export is safe.

This preview saves entries on this instance. AI is not connected, and no journal content is sent to a model provider.

When hosted AI becomes available, it will require your consent to send transcript text, selected memories, and reflection inputs to a provider. Raw audio will stay local.

Storage encryption does not protect an unlocked session or a plaintext export. Attachments are stored encrypted the same way as entries. Signing out ends this browser’s Selah session; your identity provider may still be signed in.
